The primary task is to support participants with a learning disability and autistic people to take part in weekly DJ sessions, develop their DJ skills, and perform at our monthly FRESH club night. You will plan and deliver these sessions and events, ensuring they are safe, inclusive, and empowering. We are looking for an excellent communicator with experience in DJing, music facilitation, or a strong interest in sharing DJ skills, and in working with people with a learning disability and autistic people. The role requires someone creative and person-centred, who enjoys supporting individuals and groups to achieve their goals and express themselves through music. You will prepare resources, manage group dynamics, maintain accurate records and risk assessments, and ensure all sessions and events are safe, inclusive, and engaging.
