Job Summary

We need a Full time/ Permanent Disability Support Coordinator. This role is Hybrid/London, N1 (minimum 2 days per week on-site)

Job Description

This is a key role within the Student Support Department. You will be a named point of contact for disabled students and, in liaison with relevant staff in the wider Registry department, co-ordinate support for students to mitigate barriers to their education.

With experience of implementing support as stipulated in documents such as and including EHCPs, you will develop individual learning support plans that involve making reasonable adjustments to the learning experience.

Job Responsibilities

You will have experience of working in Further/Higher Education and a good knowledge of specific learning disabilities/needs, wider disabilities, chronic illnesses and long-term impairments, and how these may impact a student's access to education.
You will understand different neurodiverse conditions and their related needs and understand how to read and interpret the relatied medical documentation.
