Description
Digital Marketing Coordinator role within live entertainment, working across West End and touring shows. You’ll support and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok, helping drive ticket sales while developing your skills in performance marketing in a fast-paced, creative environment.
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator with at least one years' hands-on experience in paid digital advertising to join our live entertainment marketing team, working across a range of west end and touring shows.
This is a great opportunity for someone who already understands performance marketing fundamentals and is ready to grow their responsibility, confidence, and commercial impact within the live entertainment industry.
You'll support and manage paid digital campaigns for multiple live shows at different stages - from on-sale launches to tour momentum and late-run pushes - helping drive ticket sales through smart, well-optimised advertising.
You won't be expected to know everything on day one, but you will be expected to learn fast, take ownership and care about results.

- Solid working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager
- Experience in events, entertainment, music, theatre, or ticketed products is a plus, but not essential
- Comfortable working with numbers, budgets and performance data
- Organised and able to juggle multiple campaigns
- Keen to develop, take feedback and step up gradually
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Setting up, managing, and optimising paid campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok (with scope to expand)
- Supporting campaign strategy
- Managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
- Monitoring performance and making day-to-day optimisations
- Testing creative, copy and audiences in collaboration with the wider team
- Producing clear, practical performance updates and reports
- Learning how paid media fits into wider live entertainment marketing plans
