Building and optimising our LinkedIn company pages, developing thought leadership content, managing paid campaigns, and growing our professional networks to reach potential employees and business partners. Creating recruitment marketing content. Developing compelling recruitment materials, job advertisements, and employer branding content that attracts high-quality candidates to BCT's open positions. Generating employer leads. Implementing lead generation strategies to connect with businesses seeking apprentices or co-working space, including targeted campaigns at events such as careers fairs, content marketing, and conversion optimisation. Building and nurturing prospect relationships. Developing drip campaigns, personalised outreach strategies, and relationship management processes to move leads through the pipeline. Coordinating with internal teams. Collaborate with the BCE Marketing team to ensure consistent and aligned branding and messaging across all areas of the business. Creating and managing digital content. Developing high-value content including case studies, blog posts, videos, and social media content that positions BCT and Creative Works as industry leaders.
