Deputy Head of Wardrobe (Matilda The Musical), Royal Shakespeare Company

The appointed candidate would ideally start in December 2025

The Deputy Head of Wardrobe will assist the Head of Wardrobe in ensuring the department runs smoothly on a day-to-day. All applicants must have an excellent understanding and extensive practical knowledge of the principles and safe working practices of all areas of wardrobe and costume, as well as professional theatre experience relevant to the post. Previous West End experience is highly desirable, as are hand and machine sewing skills.

The RSC is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, this role will be subject to an enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check.

This position is offered as a full-time, fixed-term contract for 12 months.
