Under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer, and in support of the Head of Marketing & Insights, be responsible for marketing and sales at The Old Vic in order to increase audiences, achieve targets and promote The Old Vic brand to its fullest
Essential
The post holder must be able to demonstrate the following:
Proven experience at a managerial level in marketing, sales and in working with a press/PR team
Self-motivated
Able to manage concurrent projects to tight deadlines, and able to work with competing demands.
Knowledge of box office and ticketing systems with experience in reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence in a creative environment
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Experience working in a cultural organisation and liaising with creative stakeholders
A strong visual flair and a good attention to detail
The ability to work collaboratively within small and large teams, managing multiple opinions
