Vialma is searching for a Customer Success manager with a proven Delivery capacity, who is rigorous, proactive, energetic and is fluent in German. In this role, you will join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in operations, project management, and cross-departmental delivery.

Vialma is a streaming service dedicated to arts and culture. We create unforgettable digital and multimedia experiences for our customers. We work in close partnership with brands, museums, concert halls to help them better connect with their audiences and generate revenues. We already work with a broad range of cultural organisations such as the Paris Opera, the Orsay Museum, the Palau de la Musica in Barcelona, the Bayerische Staatsoper, the London Symphony Orchestra,... various corporate brands and financial institutions.


We create white-label streaming services and curated playlists with innovative features that help organisations sell more tickets, raise funds, and build stronger connections with their target audiences. Our team handles everything, from music licensing to technology and content management, so our partners can focus on growth.

We've also launched a Health & Education branch, where leading institutions in these industries use our platform to give patients, students, and residents meaningful access to the arts. The position is remote, though ideally you are based in Brussels, Paris, or within three hours of Munich. Some of us work fully remotely, while others enjoy meeting and collaborating in person on a regular basis. You'll be joining a friendly team of 20 "Vialmagicians," spread across five countries and representing 10 nationalities. With that level of diversity, it goes without saying that we actively embrace inclusion and are committed to creating a welcoming environment for everyone.

This maternity cover role is suited for a mid- to senior-level professional. You will oversee the B2B and Content departments, supported by an intern, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Job Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • 4-5 years of professional experience
  • Proven track record of managing customers with annual sales of 50K or more
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools such as Jira, Atlassian, or equivalents; highly familiar with CMS, CRM, databases, and APIs
  • Experience working in a fully remote or heavily distributed team
  • Full-time availability for a minimum of 9 months

Optional Requirements

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Interest in arts and culture; a passion for or knowledge of classical music is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of Webflow and Joomla

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Success: Ensure clients clearly perceive the value of our service during onboarding and throughout their usage.
  • Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of white-label streaming platforms and dynamic players, ensuring all milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met with precision and in alignment with client expectations.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify inefficiencies in delivery workflows and implement scalable tools, best practices, and operational improvements to increase execution speed and quality.
  • Project Management Systems: Oversee tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack, ensuring documentation is accurate, up to date, and accessible.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Foster alignment between Product, Tech, Content, and Customer Success teams.
  • Customer Feedback Integration: Collect, analyse, and translate insights from clients and Customer Success teams into actionable improvements.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members.
