The successful candidate will be a confident storyteller and excellent communicator, with experience of developing interpretation within a museum or heritage setting. The role will focus on creating high-quality audience-focused content for Auckland Palace, including temporary exhibitions and displays, digital projects, social media, tours and events. As part of a small curatorial team, we work creatively and collaboratively, supporting each other as we seek ways to engage with new audiences and increase access to the collection. Whilst the role is focussed on Auckland Palace, we expect the successful candidate to contribute to the delivery of programmes across our sites.
