About The Team You'll Be Working in We work closely with colleagues, artists, cultural organisations, community groups, businesses and funding bodies to deliver programmes and initiatives that increase participation in arts, heritage and culture. Our work includes the delivery of the Culture Strategy, Summer of Culture and a range of cultural projects and partnerships that celebrate Hounslow's creativity and diversity. As Culture Officer, you'll report to the Culture Manager and work closely with colleagues across the Council, including Communications, Economic Regeneration and Community Services teams, as well as a wide range of external cultural organisations, artists and community stakeholders to support the delivery of the borough's cultural priorities. About You In this role, you'll help deliver the Council's Culture Strategy and wider Corporate Plan priorities through the development and delivery of cultural programmes, projects and partnerships across the borough. You'll lead and support a range of cultural projects, including Summer of Culture, managing programmes from planning and commissioning through to delivery, evaluation and legacy. You'll also use communications, marketing, digital engagement and audience development approaches to increase participation and raise awareness of Hounslow's cultural offer.
