This is not a traditional influencer setup, brand pipeline, or lifestyle account. The work is deliberately opinionated, culturally literate and sometimes challenging. The role exists to grow partnerships without diluting the work. You will be responsible for developing and progressing cultural partnerships, brand collaborations, and affiliate relationships that make sense for the studio, financially and creatively. Social media is the primary surface area of this role but this is not a conventional influencer marketing position. It's for someone who understands subculture, guerrilla marketing, street logic, and earned attention, and knows how those things translate into real partnerships with large, culturally literate brands (for example: platforms like eBay or Vinted, or heritage and countercultural companies). This is a focused, part-time role with clear scope: depth over volume. You are not here to chase low-alignment deals or over-monetise the work. You are here to identify, pitch, and build relationships with brands that understand culture, tension, and credibility. You will work closely with Millie, but you must be able to operate independently, bring ideas forward, and push opportunities through without hand-holding. Cultural Range & Intellectual Confidence This role requires someone who is comfortable with debate, contradiction and cultural tension. Millie Diamond's work engages with politics, power, ideology and subculture as material. That means encountering ideas, references, people and movements across the political spectrum; sometimes critically, sometimes ironically, sometimes simply as research. This role is not suited to someone who expects ideological purity, consensus thinking, or a tightly "safe" creative environment. Who This Is For You are likely someone who: understands social media but thinks beyond algorithms is comfortable with guerrilla marketing, street-level tactics, and subcultural cues can handle disagreement without defensiveness has experience pitching to or working with larger brands knows when not to monetise something can operate independently without constant direction Backgrounds that may fit: culture-led marketing or partnerships independent fashion, music, or art scenes underground publishing, zines, or activist comms creative studios rather than agencies Working Pattern 2 days per week (9am-5pm) 1 day studio-based (to stay close to the work) 1 day remote Weekly check-in with Millie (Wednesdays) Identify culturally aligned brands, platforms, and partners Lead outreach and partnership conversations Develop pitches in collaboration with Millie Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and deal progression Support affiliate strategy and performance Track partnership outcomes and opportunities You will not be responsible for: content creation or editing posting or scheduling studio admin Protestwear or Unzipped operation Compensation £1,500 per month (2 days per week) 10% commission on partnerships and affiliate revenue generated Clear scope and boundaries - no unpaid "extra" work Application Deadline 5pm on 4th April 2026.
