We at Trapped in Zone One are planning to host a series of community workshops around Life Drawing from our space on the Isle of Dogs. We are looking to work with an emerging creative workshop facilitator who is looking to build their portfolio in a paid role at London Living Wage of £14.80 per hour, ideally with skills in visual arts using mixed media to lead our 2-hour sessions which will take place during October to November 2026 with 4 workshop events. We are looking for a creative facilitator with good communication and time management skills, with a current DBS check eligible to work with young people, experience with: Facilitating creative workshops working with young people and communities. Strong background in a visual arts creative field and the ability to translate that into engaging workshop activities. Proven experience in leading and guiding creative workshops for various age groups and abilities. Flexibility to adjust workshop plans and activities based on participant needs and learning styles. Commitment to creating inclusive and accessible environments for all participants. Ability to plan and deliver workshop sessions effectively. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and adapt to unforeseen circumstances. The creative facilitator will be working alongside Trapped in Zone One with communities in Tower Hamlets hosting a creative workshop.
