Description

Job Description

We're looking for a proactive, hands-on and highly organised Creative Production Coordinator to join our small creative team.
This is a mid-level role for a self-starter who thrives on taking ownership, using initiative and turning ideas into reality. You'll be a pivotal part of our party and events operations, playing a hands-on role in preparing, creating and coordinating the many elements that bring our bespoke luxury events to life.
Working closely with our Creative Director and Warehouse Manager, you'll enjoy a varied role that combines creativity, organisation and practical event preparation. One day you could be creating production documents, the next painting props, preparing costumes, styling tableware or packing an event ready for installation.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys rolling up their sleeves, taking ownership and getting stuck in. Someone who takes pride in creating beautiful things, notices the little details others miss and gets genuine satisfaction from producing exceptional work.
This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, enjoys creative challenges, and wants to grow their career in luxury events, with the potential to step into producing, designing, and planning high-profile experiences.

Job Requirements

Above all else, we're looking for the right attitude. Systems and processes can be taught. Do you naturally take ownership, enjoy solving problems and genuinely care about producing exceptional work? If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

You are someone who:
Is proactive and takes initiative.
Loves variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Takes pride in the details and enjoys creating beautiful things.
Is equally comfortable working on practical creative tasks and office-based responsibilities.
Works independently whilst knowing when to seek guidance.
Enjoys supporting colleagues and believes no task is too small when delivering something exceptional.
Is reliable, motivated and invested in the success of the team.
Wants to learn, develop and grow within a creative events business.

The role is a min of 3 days a week, office hours are 10am - 6pm with additional weekend work on the events

Job Responsibilities

Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks, seeing them through from start to finish.
Prepare creative elements for upcoming events, ensuring every detail is beautifully presented and event-ready.
Prepare, pack and quality-check for events, ensuring every item is complete, organised and installation-ready.
Assist with hands-on creative production, including painting props, creating decorations, styling tables, assembling party bags and adding finishing touches.
Help maintain our costume studio, creative workspace and office, ensuring everything is organised and ready for the next project.
Create and maintain event paperwork, production documents and resources for upcoming bookings.
Research products, source inspiration and contribute ideas for new party concepts and experiences.
Problem-solve proactively, anticipating challenges and finding solutions.
Support office administration, helping keep systems organised and projects moving efficiently.
