IJAD Dance Company is looking for a new Creative Administrator & Projects Officer. This is not simply a role about keeping things organised. It is about helping an ambitious creative organisation grow, connecting people and ideas, and turning possibilities into action. We are looking for someone who can see both the big picture and the small details, who enjoys creating order but is not afraid of uncertainty, and who understands that relationships, imagination and practical thinking are equally important in making extraordinary work possible. You will work closely with IJAD's Artistic Director and creative team, strengthening the organisation while contributing to new projects, partnerships and opportunities. Your work will move between the practical and the imaginative, helping us develop the systems, structures and processes that let a small, ambitious organisation work effectively. IJAD is an artist-led organisation exploring what happens when dance, technology and human connection meet. Our work challenges conventional boundaries between the live and the digital, the performer and the audience, the familiar and the unknown. Ambitious artistic ideas need more than imagination. They need people who can connect ideas, build relationships, create opportunities and make things happen. At IJAD, we believe the future of performance is not something we wait for. It is something we create. Help us build what comes next. We are not looking for someone who knows everything. We are looking for someone curious, resourceful, committed and willing to grow with us. You might come from arts administration, producing, cultural management, community engagement or another field entirely. What matters is how you think, how you work with people and what you want to contribute. Takes initiative and enjoys making things happen. Above all, we value curiosity, integrity, generosity, and initiative. Manage and improve our databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulation. We would like to know who you are, what excites you and why you want to work with IJAD. Please email [email protected] with: Your CV We are interested in your experience, but equally in your perspective, initiative and potential. Deadline: 23:59, 20 NovemberJob Summary
