The BA Acting Course Leader will take responsibility for artistic leadership and academic management. As a Senior Leadership Team member, they'll contribute to strategic direction while delivering a degree that maintains high-quality actor training alongside cutting-edge stage and screen practices and new performance material creation. Working with the CEO, they'll ensure Collective Acting Studio remains at the forefront of global actor-training practices and innovative student-centered pedagogy. The Course Leader will develop teaching, learning and assessment methods centered on equity, diversity and inclusion. The post holder must maintain ongoing professional practice in acting/directing, contributing to positive student outcomes through experience-enhancing initiatives.
