Job Requirements
Proven track record in strategic marketing and communications,
ideally within arts, education or third -sector organisations
Experience in delivering high -impact digital campaigns across
multiple platforms
Experience producing or directing creative content (video, social,
design) aligned with brand strategy
Confident in media relations, copywriting, editing and content
production
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere
Pro) and social media tools (Hootsuite, Mailchimp)
Confident analysing data using tools like Google Analytics, social
insights, and SEO software
A firm believer in the value of participation in music -making and
passionate about music education, young people and artistic
innovation
