Job Description

The Music team is looking to recruit a Concerts Planning Coordinator to work closely with the Planning team. The Concerts Planning Coordinator will assist in managing the day-to-day administration of processes, working across systems such as Artifax, Spektrix, CBIS, Excel and Docusign in support of the realisation of the Music Programme from start to finish.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
Responding to general enquiries
Managing rental concert administration processes
Monitoring sales, holds and internal guest lists for rentals
Maintaining accurate spatial booking information on Artifax
Communicating with colleagues in Box Office, Marketing, Communications and Production when necessary.

The successful applicant will be self-motivated and have good knowledge of administration systems, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills are vital.
