This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating concerts, recordings and projects from initial planning through to delivery. Working closely with the Chief Executive and Artistic Director, you will combine strong project management, budgeting and logistics skills with artist liaison and production delivery to ensure work is realised to the highest standard. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of projects within a small, ambitious and artist-led organisation. We are looking for someone with: - 3-5+ years' experience in arts production or project management - Strong organisational and financial management skills - Experience working with artists and delivering live events - Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach To plan, coordinate and deliver Hebrides Ensemble's programme of concerts and projects, ensuring that all activity is effectively managed, financially controlled and delivered to a high professional standard, supporting both artistic ambition and organisational objectives.
