2. To check Show Reports and ensure they are distributed each night directly following the performance.
3. To check hours and sign timesheets for staff and send copies to the General Manager.
4. To keep a record of absences/sickness and copy to the General Manager once a month.
5. To complete the accident book and send copies of incidents to the General Manager promptly.
6. To have knowledge of the Equity Rule Book: deductions for absences, allowable overtime, possible additional cost and to complete the weekly payroll.
7. To coordinate press/publicity activities in conjunction with PR company or Promotions Manager.
8. To liaise with box office re figures and bring to our attention any potential problems.
9. To check seats on sale against GP's and check seats taken up for seat kills.
10. To be in the theatre/company office from when the company are called.
11. To book any company tickets and all producers tickets.
12. To ensure they have up to date information of all local knowledge including doctors, physios, A&E etc.
13. To look after the Company's wellbeing.
14. To notify the General Manager of any specific problems that occur within the Company.
15. To be responsible for the discipline of the Company and to conduct probation interviews/meetings for all crew.
16. To book all physiotherapy sessions.
17. Attend production meetings, rehearsals, calls and performances.
18. Adhere to the Health and Safety guidelines of the Company.
19. To look after any celebrities during and after the performance including signing of autographs and placing into cars at the end of the night.
20. To ensure all Company know the performance schedule and confirm to all departments who is on and off.
21. Any other duties may be reasonably required in the course of your duties or as instructed by the Producers from time to time.Job Requirements
