* Support and cover for other Community Theatre Directors where needed.

* Play an active role in the local community, with a particular emphasis on building an understanding of currently under-served communities.
* Manager Support Workers and volunteers.
* Manage any administrative duties associated with the role.
* Contribute to a culture of evaluation and continuous improvement.
