Working closely with the Head of Campaigns, the post-holder will play a vital role in delivering our film campaigns - from generating engaging content and managing social media, to supporting events and building relationships with audiences, venues, and partners. Alongside external comms, the role also supports our Director and Board, helping to ensure the efficient running of our hybrid office. Our ideal candidate will be a creative, organised communicator with a passion for film and social justice. You'll bring flair for content creation, an eye for detail, and proven skills in audience engagement. You'll also be comfortable balancing communications work with diligent administration, and thrive in a collaborative, values-led environment. Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns for films/events across social media, newsletters, partnerships, and outreach. Skilled in creating engaging copy, visuals, and video content for professional campaigns. Confident with social media tools (Instagram, Letterboxd, Mailchimp) and design software (Adobe Suite or willingness to learn). Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience building relationships with partners, peers, and audiences in cultural or creative settings. Solid administrative and organisational skills, including handling data, filing, and coordinating systems. Competent with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack (or similar). Reliable, professional, and discreet-able to manage sensitive information. A proactive team player with initiative and creative flair. Familiarity with UK film exhibition Marketing & Communications (approx. 2/3 of role) Manage and update social media, website, and content calendar with engaging, on-brand content. Create and share posts, newsletters, and outreach materials to grow audiences and networks. Build and maintain relationships with cinema partners and peer organisations. Support event delivery through live social media, guest coordination, and audience surveys. Design or adapt visual/video assets in line with brand guidelines. Collect and report on audience and communications data. Administration & Executive Support (approx. 1/3 of role) Oversee charity administration, systems, and day-to-day operations. Manage the Director's diary, travel, and meeting preparation. Organise Board of Trustee meetings and produce minutes. Act as first point of contact for correspondence and enquiries.
