ESA is seeking to appoint a creative communicator with excellent presentation and content production skills to join our team. This role comes at an exciting time in our development following major investment in a new UK centre of Screen Craft Excellence and a number of high profile industry partnerships across film and TV production. ESA is a national leader in creative and technical skills training for the cultural arts sector. As our marketing and communications coordinator, you will be crucial to telling our brilliant stories and sharing our innovative creative vision across our website and social media platforms as well as within our state of the art campus. Working directly with our Senior Leadership Team, your key responsibilities will be to: To ensure accurate and consistent brand management in communications and PR. Create moving image and graphic content for promotional and communication purposes. Coordinate information and marketing posts across our social media channels. Create content and copy for blog posts and website articles. Write and send press packs and liaise with local media outlets. Market college external events including shows, productions and open events. Organising photo opportunities. To assist faculty staff and senior leadership in the display of internal communications and information including posters, digital signage and production exhibitions and installations. To support the promotion of ESA events and productions including ticket sales and community engagement. Maintain and update key online presence such as ESA websites, partner profile pages and other online content. Essential Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Good camera and photo editing skills using Adobe Creative suite Social media knowledge, including use of a socials management system A structured and methodical approach to work flows with attention to detail Timely delivery of projects Strong organisational skills Enthusiastic, resilient and able to retain a sense of humour A natural aptitude to model the Trust's core behaviours - 'We display transparency, kindness and respect in all our interactions with others, and support each other in all our endeavours.
