About You Manage ticketing operations, including event setup, pricing, inventory, sales reporting, and dynamic pricing. Oversee ticket distribution, group bookings, and off-site sales. Ensure excellent customer service, accessibility awareness, and donor stewardship. Resolve complaints and manage lost property. Lead the Box Office team through scheduling, training, performance reviews, and team briefings. Maintain data accuracy, uphold procedures, and support upselling and donation initiatives. Act as duty manager as needed and liaise with external box offices to share best practices. Ensure high-quality internal and external communication and support marketing efforts.
