We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, confidence using accounting software (ideally Sage), and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a busy team. Financial competency and a working experience of accounting software, (preferably Sage Line 50)
PC literate to a high degree with proficiency in MS SharePoint
Ability to work on one's own initiative
High standard of accuracy and ability to pay close attention to detail
Good communication skills, especially in writing and on the phone
Customer service centred and systems-based approach to financial administration.
Positive approach to working with others, as part of a busy and collaborative team
Ability to liaise with a wide range of people.
Commitment to inclusive and equitable practice and working culture.
Interest in arts & culture in the UK
Experience working with database / CRM systems (such as CiviCRM).
