We’re recruiting for a range of roles to support the delivery of BFI London Film Festival, which runs from Wednesday 17 to Sunday 18 October 2026.

Job Responsibilities

Work experience gained within a cultural organisation, events or other related organisation, either in a paid or voluntary capacity.

Experience in delivering excellent customer service, managing issues diplomatically and resolving concerns with sensitivity and professionalism.

An interest in working within a festival environment and a commitment to developing skills within the arts and events sector.

Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to manage and meet deadlines.

Ability to build effective relationships with key contacts across BFI and stakeholder organisations, and to communicate effectively and tactfully with stakeholders at all levels.
