We're looking for a dynamic and highly organised Associate Production Manager to join our busy production team. Working across a range of projects - from large-scale West End shows to UK tours and regional productions, as well as occasional special events - you'll help turn bold creative ideas into thrilling live experiences. Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of technical theatre and production processes across disciplines (set, lighting, sound, video, staging).
Proficiency in CAD drawing and interpretation. (Vectorworks)
A proven track record of managing production budgets.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
Strong supplier management skills and established industry contacts.
Experience with touring productions, including advancing venues and coordinating transport.
A detail-oriented, calm, and solutions-focused approach under pressure.
Good knowledge of health & safety regulations within live performance.
Desirable
