A key member of the frontline professional team, the Assistant Manager (Events) will support the General Manager with the operational delivery of performances across multiple venues. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Coordinating event setup, turnaround and packdown
- Particular responsibility for the Saturday afternoon Musical Picnic event
- Liaising with technical teams and venue staff
- Supporting Front of House and Box Office cover where required
- Assisting with Health & Safety compliance
- Sharing Duty Manager responsibility across allocated events
