The offer on the creative campus will include office/rehearsal/workshop space, a gallery, training kitchen, photo studio, dark room, fully equipped pottery studio, music studio with fully-sound-proof recording box, event space, green room, car parking, and more. During September - January, we will prepare for starting these new operations in January 2026. During this period, the Artist Studio Manager will be responsible for preparing and planning all the systems and frameworks in readiness for hires. This will include deciding on the kind of contracts, duration, terms and conditions, H&S rules, studio handbook & policies, call out and marketing, developing time schedules and work schedules for the building maintenance and operation. The role will also prepare for future commercial hires and events.
