Artist Accelerator includes coaching sessions, 1:1 support, masterclasses, space, and hands-on community engagement in co-design and producing a final event/art intervention. You will have the specific sector knowledge, skills and networks to plan recruitment, secure coaches, mentors and visits and to draw up plans for how to achieve the final hands-on project. As Producer, you will be expected to work proactively and required to build excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders, from artist educators to partners and funders. You will be responsible for ensuring that the project is running as promised and that evaluation and monitoring requirements are met. The base funding for the project is in place but you may secure additional funding to amplify the impact for the artists and beneficiaries. You will also plan funding for future Artist Accelerator cohorts. You will be up to date with current practices, research and opportunities. You will be expected to develop Theory of Change models if relevant for the programme. The contract is for a total of 52 days, to be flexibly allocated as the programme demands. (In key periods of the programme, such as the initial planning and recruitment phase and the end project, this may mean an equivalent of 2 days per week. In quiet periods, it may be the equivalent of half a day.)
