HBA Art is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Art Consultant to join our founding European team in London. In this pivotal role, you will lead client relationships, drive new business development, and oversee the delivery of high-impact art consultancy projects across the UK and Europe.

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients-guiding them from concept through to installation-while managing internal teams, budgets, and timelines to ensure exceptional outcomes. This is a strategic, client-facing role that blends creative vision with commercial execution.

As part of a small but growing local team, you'll collaborate closely with our global offices in Asia, the Middle East, and the US. This is a unique opportunity to shape our presence in Europe while benefiting from the resources and reach of an international network.

Job Requirements

Business Development & Networking
Identify and pursue new business across the UK and Europe.
Represent HBA Art at industry events and networking functions.
Pitch to clients and support proposals and tenders.
Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
Collaborate on outreach strategies and marketing initiatives.

Project Leadership
Lead projects from concept to installation.
Manage teams, budgets, and timelines.
Align creative direction with commercial goals.
Conduct site visits and supervise installations.
Work with global teams for seamless delivery.

Account Management
Act as a trusted advisor across multiple accounts.
Balance creative and commercial priorities.
Meet quarterly revenue targets and report performance.
Ensure consistent service and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
BA in History of Art, Fine Art, or related field
3+ years in art consultancy or creative industry
Fluent in English; other languages a plus
Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, conceptual thinking, and teamwork
