Hours: 8 hours per week We're looking for an organised, reliable and approachable Administrator to support the Co-CEOs with the day-to-day running of Tip Tray CIC and our creative projects. We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable, communicative and confident with everyday digital admin. You'll need to work independently and as part of a small team, with a commitment to accessibility, inclusion and Tip Tray's values. Experience in admin, arts/culture, project coordination, finance or the Liverpool/Knowsley cultural sector is desirable but not essential. Job Responsibilities
Managing files, records, databases and digital systems.
Basic financial administration, including invoices, receipts and cashflow.
Organising meetings, schedules, travel and practical arrangements.
Communicating with artists, freelancers, participants, partners and enquiries.
Supporting project administration, including contracts, forms and reporting.
Assisting with recruitment and maintaining organisational documents and policies.
Ensuring communications and processes are accessible and easy to understand.
