The Administration Assistant (£28,860 per annum FTE - London Living Wage equivalent, 15 guaranteed hours per week over 2 days, Tuesday and Wednesday) works as part of our education and community team, supporting the Head of Creative Learning by providing administrative assistance for the Lambeth Adult Learning Step Up programme, which develops the creative skills of adults aged 19+ from priority groups in Lambeth. The role includes programme administration, reporting and working directly with learners to record and support their learning journey. It also involves close collaboration with the Lambeth Adult Learning team to manage learner data using the Learner Track CMS platform. Mac literate with knowledge of Microsoft 365. (Training can be given) Good practical skills. To ensure the education studio is prepared for workshops and events. To order materials and equipment as directed. To manage the storage of equipment and materials in the education space. To provide administrative support to the Step-Up programme to include inputting data on Learner Track, ensuring paper To welcome freelance trainers on the Step-Up programme and assist them in setting up the space to deliver workshops as To liaise with Lambeth Adult Learning staff to ensure that data related to the Step-Up programme is managed effectively To assist with the recruitment and enrolment of learners on The Step-Up programme. To work collaboratively with the team at Photofusion with whom we co-deliver the Step-Up programme.
