We want to support more people into work who may not have the right qualifications, skills or work experience but have a passion for the arts and social justice. The role of the Admin and Support is a new post that is designed to support someone into work who has not worked for a long time, never worked, is changing industry or is trying to find their feet. We will support you to feel comfortable and in control of your work.
