PQA Weston-super-Mare are looking for an amazing Academy Assistant to assist our students aged 4-18 years in our key modules: Comedy and Drama, Musical Theatre & Film and TV. We're looking for someone reliable, committed, flexible, passionate about arts education and the performing arts.

PQA Weston-super-Mare are hiring an Academy Assistant!

Then PQA want to hear from you!
PQA, a leading provider of weekend performing arts tuition, is currently recruiting for an Academy Assistant in Weston-super-Mare on Saturdays during term time, 10:00 - 13:00.
You will need a knowledge of Performing Arts and a passion for working with children and young people aged 4 - 18 years old, to help with the running of our classes and support our academy productions.
We're looking for someone reliable, committed, flexible, passionate about arts education, has experience in child care and/or performing arts and is a team player that is full of fun. If this is you, we want to hear from you!

PQA follows safer recruiting. An enhanced DBS on the update service will be required and can be arranged. Applicants must be 18+. The fee is £40 per weekly morning session.

Applicants must be within commutable distance to the city of Weston-super-Mare.

Job Responsibilities

Assist with the day-to-day running of academy
Assist our module Teachers in delivering exceptional performing arts tuition to children aged 4-18 years
Supervise children aged 4-18 years
Assist with Show Days
Setting up and packing down our Academy reception
Ad hoc duties
