Location: London Coliseum

 

We are seeking Casual Front of House Team members to join our team at the London Coliseum.

We’re passionate about the ability of art to connect, uplift and inspire people, and the journey starts with our Front of House Team. Being part of our friendly and ambitious Front of House Department is a fun, varied job where the whole team work together to provide a fantastic experience for anyone who walks through our doors. We’re looking for people who take real pride in connecting with our varied audience members and delivering a service tailored to each individual.

If you’re passionate theatre lover with customer service experience and the ability to work well under pressure, we’d love to hear from you.

 

Requirements:

•       Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment

•       Disciplined timekeeping skills and first-class presentation

•       The ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and evenings on a consistent reliable basis

•       Ability to adapt to different work styles depending on audiences and/or the performance

•       Confidence under pressure to deliver positive messages, convey house policy and find solutions to problems

•       Comfortable providing support to the wider team and working independently

•       Proactive and creative approach to work

•       Fluency in the English language and excellent communication skills, with a confident ability to engage with both individuals and groups

•       Over 18 years old
