We currently have an opportunity within our Venue Hire Team for an Wedding and Events Coordinator to support the delivery of private and corporate events at Kew Gardens.
The events range from weddings to corporate dinners, conferences to birthday parties.
The role will involve managing successful weddings and events whilst offering the highest standard of customer service, ensuring high standards are maintained in all aspects of the organizational process, as well as consistently meeting deadlines.
Previous experience of an event delivery environment is essential for this role, as well as having exceptional attention to detail and great organisational skills. Excellent communication skills and customer service experience is a must.
You will be required to work weekends and evenings on a regular basis.
The salary will be between £22,418 – £28,022 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
