The Mandy Network is a fast-growing and innovative digital company operating a global platform servicing the Film, Television and Theatre industry. Established in 2003, The Mandy Network revolutionised the way Actors and Film/Theatre Crew find work. The company now has 23 staff comprised mainly of Website Administrators, Marketing, Sales, Business Development and an in-house Development Team. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Website/Customer Service Administrator to take on this new and exciting position within the company.

The successful applicant will join the close-knit team behind a portfolio of leading arts and media services, including Mandy Actors, Mandy Crew and Mandy Theatre Professionals. This role will be responsible for administering a number of our international sites on a freelance basis, working from our office from 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday during a training period. After the training period these hours will be worked from home.

The successful applicant will develop a comprehensive knowledge of Mandy.com and its administration activities. An efficient and thorough professional, with an eye for detail and a burgeoning business sense, you will contribute to Mandy’s position as the leading provider in the entertainment recruitment/networking sector.

Responsibilities may include:

Processing and uploading organic and sourced jobs

Generating and updating website content

Maintaining industry knowledge in acting, theatre, film, music and/or TV

Meeting productivity KPIs

Supporting business development activities for the sites

Ensuring all communications – verbal and written – are clear and concise.

While the successful applicant will join a highly collaborative team, this position would suit somebody who can stay self-motivated, be organised and work effectively to deadlines. You must have excellent written English and be confident and comfortable on the telephone. The position of Website/Customer Service Administrator is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and driven individual to create a key role in a small, fast-growing business.
