Trusts & Foundations Officer, Create

Description

Create is the UK’s leading charity empowering lives, reducing isolation and enhancing wellbeing through the creative arts. Our focus is on engaging participants in inspiring, sustainable arts programmes in areas where provision is poor and engagement in the arts is therefore low.

Salary: £24,000-£25,000 per annum dependent on experience.

Are you a proactive, target-driven, outgoing individual looking for an opportunity to further your Trusts & Foundations (T&F) fundraising skills and experience within a dynamic, award-winning creative arts charity that has just been crowned Charity of the Year?

This position would suit a driven individual with excellent communication and analytical skills who is keen to apply their knowledge within an ambitious charity, playing a key role in Create’s plan to double its reach (and income) over the next five years.

The T&F Officer reports to the Senior Development Manager. You should have a minimum of two years’ experience and a proven track record in securing significant levels of funding from T&F, impact reporting and stewardship. You will have a passion for all things creative and be determined to persuade potential funders of the value of equal access to the arts, together with outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

This is a hugely exciting time to join Create as we aim to double our reach and income over the next five years, and establish a new northern hub in Manchester.
