The Liverpool Empire is looking to recruit casual ticketing & sales assistant based in the theatres Box Office.
Reporting to the Ticketing & Sales Manager, or Deputy, the Ticketing & Sales Assistant must show – and actively encourage – a proactive approach to sell and cross-sell theatre tickets, memberships, packages, lounges and ancillary products and to give the right information at any point of the customer buying a ticket (before, during and after the show).
The post holder must provide a high level of service to customers, either over the counter, on the telephone or otherwise, and to maximise sales and audience attendance through effective customer care. To pro-actively sell tickets, packages and memberships to the public and contribute ideas and practical assistance to fulfil Marketing strategies, and must possess excellent technological skills.
They must exemplify the best of the ‘Ambassador’ in the ATG brand by being pleasant and collaborative in their approach to their day-to-day work, liaising and communicating effectively with anybody and everybody that they come across. ATG is an equal opportunities employer.
