Looking for an experienced theatre director to work on a reading of a new play of mine, Yummy Mummy Noir.
The play is a black comedy about hysteria and the modern horror stories we tell each other. Partly inspired by the Arthur Miller's, The Crucible and the Croydon Cat Killer, the play depicts a series of pet murders and middle-class community tearing itself apart, whilst making a broader comment on global fear-mongering in a post-truth society.
Paid Opportunity and limited rehearsal time culminating in a reading over 2 nights. Please email me for details, email@example.com
