This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest independent cinemas.
Showroom Workstation is an independent charity, operating an integrated media arts complex with café/bar, conference and events facilities, four-screen cinema and creative industries managed workspace.
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with proven experience to develop and deliver our curated cinema programme of seasons, festivals and events in our four-screen cinema.
We are looking for someone who will develop and implement Showroom cinema programme strategy and our audience development plan. The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of our cinema operation including achieving our cultural and financial targets.
Along with demonstrable experience of film programming the Senior Programmer will also lead our programming team, work with Film Hub North and will be expected to manage existing and develop new partnerships with external organisations, festivals and stakeholders.
