We are looking for a versatile Participation Producer to drive and energise children and young people’s participation across all of Theatre Centre’s productions and projects.
You will build and sustain relationships with schools and other partners to help widen the company’s reach and influence across the education and youth sectors, producing projects and opportunities that enhance and inspire children and young people’s artistic life.
Theatre Centre is a national touring company which creates powerful theatre productions and projects for and with young people. Using theatre as a medium, we encourage, nurture and galvanise children and young people to express their imaginations, opinions and ambitions, empowering their leadership and activism. A key part of our mission is to make the arts more accessible and inclusive, reaching new and diverse audiences.
You will be creative, well-organised and have proven experience of working in the arts education or creative learning sector.
