PA to the Director of Audiences and Director of Communications, Tate Gallery

Description

We’re looking for an experienced PA to ensure the smooth-running of the day to day administration surrounding the work of two Tate Directors - the Director of Audiences and the Director of Communications. The teams lead Tate’s marketing, visitor experience, media relations and communications.

In this varied role you’ll manage diaries, organise meetings, create presentations, produce minutes, make travel arrangements, administer office budgets - as well as getting involved in a variety of projects. This is a chance to join an amazing creative organisation, in a stimulating and challenging job - and with a very friendly team.

Proven experience in a senior PA role in a busy office is essential. With a confident and flexible approach to work, your first-rate organisational skills mean that you can work on several different tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. You’ll need fast, accurate proficiency with all Microsoft Office packages including creating powerpoint presentations and the ability to work with other software. You’ll be confident in working autonomously and on your own initiative. Above all you’ll be an outstanding communicator, both in person and in writing.

This is a temporary contract for up to 12 months.
