Full time assistant to established Film Executive/producer with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Must be very professional, extremely detail-orientated, a quick learner, resourceful, able to prioritise, multitask and anticipate needs and work under tight time constraints and high demands, have excellent phone, communication and organisational skills, plus absolute full discretion with confidential materials.
Mac iOS, Microsoft Office proficiency required with ability to quickly learn and trouble shoot software.
-Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
-Arranging travel and accommodation.
-Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
-Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
-Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
-Dealing with incoming email, often corresponding on behalf of the employer (taking dictation)
-Organizing and ensuring the employer is well prepared for meetings.
-Create Dial-ins for Conference Calls.
-Occasional personal tasks (delivering post on behalf of the employer when away, arranging dinner and grocery deliveries)
-Researching new writers and directors as well as reading and reviewing submitted scripts
