Description

We are looking for an office manager/PA to join our team. The position is part-time and is based in our office in Notting Hill. The role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the commercial art sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a small team.


Key responsibilities / tasks:

-        General office admin & organisation

-        PA duties for the director

-        Managing Artlogic and G-drive databases of artworks and clients

-        Assisting the bookkeeper with VAT returns and annual filing

-        Artist research
 



Person Specifications:

-        BA in Art History preferable 

-        Consistency and reliability

-        Ability to work under pressure

-        Exceptional organisational and communication skills

-        Excellent writing skills

-        Self-motivated with a meticulous attention to detail: able to prioritise a varied workload, using initiative to meet deadlines

-        IT skills: G Drive, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe

-        Creative problem solving
