We are seeking an efficient and inclusive Welcome and Events Coordinator who can welcome visitors, act as a duty/floor manager and support venue hires at an exciting new cultural destination. Joining approximately four months before we open, you will be part of the team designing an inclusive, enjoyable and safe visitor experience. You will plan for the opening events and subsequent private hires, taking bookings and make event arrangements. You will also become part of a team of duty/floor managers, coordinating and supervising the welcome team on allocated days and ensuring that events run smoothly.
