You will lead the day-to-day delivery of outstanding Front of House service across all public-facing operations, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed, safe and supported. Working alongside the Head of Visitor Services, Senior Visitor Services Manager and FOH/Box Office leadership team, you will manage Duty Managers, FOH Supervisors and Assistants, championing excellence in customer experience and live-event operations. In this key operational role, you will act as Duty Manager for concerts, events and conferences, ensuring smooth, safe and efficient delivery. You will also play a vital part in the organisation's Health & Safety, Access and EDI working groups from an operational perspective. The Person: This role is ideal for an experienced operational manager with a passion for live events and exceptional visitor experience.
