We're looking for an experienced, proactive and highly organised individual to join the team!

This role will play a central role within Moving Art Management, leading and delivering a portfolio of projects across the company's activity.

The role requires a highly self-directed and dependable individual who is confident managing multiple priorities simultaneously, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, and independently progressing work without close supervision.

Contract Type: Part Time (0.6 FTE), Permanent

Salary: £31,000 pro rata (£18,600 actual salary)

Location: Remote/hybrid, with regular travel across the North East and wider UK

Hours: 24 hours per week with flexible working arrangements available

Annual Leave: 17 days including Bank Holidays (pro rata equivalent of 28 days including Bank Holidays)

TOIL: Moving Art Management operates a Time Off in Lieu system

Probationary Period: 3 months

Pension: Defined contribution pension scheme through NEST (currently 5% employee / 3% employer contributions)

Start Date: from July 2026

Job Responsibilities

Producing & Project Management
Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of simultaneous projects from development to completion. Manage timelines, coordinate artists, freelancers and venues, and support touring logistics on time and within budget.

Financial Management & Administration
Prepare, track and reconcile project budgets and expenditure. Support financial reporting and coordinate contracts, insurance and compliance.

Fundraising & Business Development
Identify funding opportunities, partnerships and commissions, and contribute to writing applications and proposals.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with artists, venues and partners, providing practical producing guidance.

Marketing & Communications
Support the Marketing Manager by feeding project updates into the public-facing pipeline.
