Groundbreaking theatre company Clean Break is seeking a new Head of Finance & Business to lead the company’s financial planning management and drive earned income generation. A woman with an entrepreneurial approach and experience of charity finance, alongside leading the finance team, this role will work across teams and projects to promote an entrepreneurial approach to income generation through the programme and company assets.
This strategic role is a member of the Senior Management Team, working closely with the new Leadership Team: Anna Herrmann, Erin Gavaghan & Róisín McBrinn to deliver an ambitious programme that amplifies the voices of women through theatre. Together with Senior Management colleagues, the Head of Finance & Business will model positive leadership to foster a culture of productivity, creativity, communication and collaboration within the organisation.
