Graphic Designer, Eclipse Theatre

Project Aim:

To produce a visually engaging report that successfully presents the key findings of a unique three-year project completed by Eclipse Theatre. Slate: Black. Arts. World benefited over 51,000 Black artists, and fellow artists also marginalised for their race, in the North to work locally, nationally and internationally.

This report will support Eclipse and fellow Black-led companies and artists to make the case for funding and support for change, future work and projects.

Project Requirements:

We’re looking for a dynamic graphic designer to work with a text-based report generated by the Eclipse team and Indigo Ltd. The final publication will incorporate short narratives, key imagery, Artist profiles, quotes and figures to illustrate impact and graphic design solutions such as infographics to present findings in interesting and easy to digest formats.

As well as being presented as a printed brochure the finished document will also be a downloadable resource on Eclipse’s website joining The R Word report, published in 2018.

If this idea excites you then please get in touch by emailing with links to your recent work, a completed Equal Opportunities Form and a covering email on why you think Eclipse and this project aligns with your values and work practice.

Eclipse actively welcomes applications from people who have been historically marginalised in the UK.

Closes: Wed 27 May, 5pm
