Greenwich Theatre is looking to appoint a Front of House Manager. To manage our sales team and volunteers to deliver outstanding customer service. And ensure the safety of our audiences, staff and creative partners during the performances and beyond. The FoH Manager will focus on creating a great experience for our audiences which should then deliver a strong commercial reward for the theatre.
They will work with limited budgets and stretched resource’s as part of a very small core team, but will have an opportunity to have a real measurable impact on the life of the theatre. Experience in a similar role in a mid scale theatre or arts organisation is essential.
Hours: 35 hours per week. Any hours worked in excess of 35 will be given as Time Off In Lieu.
8 hours a day (on 5 days), Varying, depending on performance schedule, between 10am and 11:30pm, Monday to Saturday with occasional Sundays.
Salary: £21,000pa, rising to £23,000 after 6 month probation period
Holiday: 25 Days per year pro rata, taken when the operational requirements of the Theatre allow.
Term: This is a full-time permanent contract, subject to a 3 month review and 6 probation period.
